Algae Dataset
Every data hub, dataset, sensor, variable, paper and limitation in one tree — and for each: where it comes from, how far back it goes, how often it captures, why it belongs in a cholera study, and why it does not work everywhere.

Choosing a site greys out everything that does not apply there.

Capture cadence
WEEKLY (ISO)
- Which sensors
- Sentinel-2 and Landsat aggregated to ISO 8601 weeks, Monday start, matching WHO and icddr,b reporting.
- Which sites
- All three sites from 2015. Matlab reaches back to 2000 because MODIS 250 m works on the Meghna.
Is it defensible? The natural modelling cadence. Keep weekly mean and weekly max — a mean hides a short intense bloom.
